Refund & Warranty Policy

Orders are eligible for Refund/Exchange within 90 days of receiving the product (based on tracking showing delivered), if it is found to be defective within that time period. The Client (you) are required to notify me of the issue via email, the contact form, or the support discord, and the Company (DCUFix.com/nissan.egguinox.ca) will reach out to you directly.

We will attempt diagnostics remotely, and failing that you (the Client) are entitled to a replacement at no cost (you are not required to return the defective product), or a full refund (you are required to return the defective product), whichever you choose. As of August 28th 2025 and due to the changes in the de minimis exemption by exective order, you (the Client) will be responsible for any additional import or duty charges/fees related to the replacement product.
