Option 1: The quickest and easiest way to get support, is to join the discord server and message me directly! I will always respond to messages as quickly as I can there, through most waking hours of the PST time zone.
Option 2: You can email me directly at [email protected], I will respond to you as soon as I can. There’s also additional direct contact information on the receipt provided to you after purchasing.
Option 3: You can submit a contact request form. I have the form for this linked at the bottom of every single page of this website. This will notify me in multiple ways, and I will return your contact request as soon as possible.
There will be a dedicated FAQ page coming shortly, but I want to cover the most commonly asked question by people reaching out to me: When will the SD Card arrive?
Answer: You should have received an email from UPS with a tracking number, typically within 24 hours of placing your order. This tracking number should tell you exactly when it arrives. The standard turnaround for most package is 3-7 business days.
