A quick but important update regarding shipping and pricing on DCUFix.
Please review the following changes for both Canadian and US orders:
US Shipping & Orders
- Orders to the United States will resume effective immediately. Any orders placed during the pause will be shipped on the next business day; if you are waiting for an order, no action is required on your part.
- We are now using DHL (DDU) for all shipments to the United States to provide faster delivery times, smoother customs processing, and realistic pricing. Orders placed during the pause will ship via DHL Duties Paid (You paid them at checkout).
- US Customs & Import Fees: All US orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You can expect a customs fee of up to $160 USD or more upon delivery. Please note that if a package is rejected or returned due to a refused delivery, I am unable to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Canadian Shipping & Orders
- Orders placed to Canadian addresses will be delivered by Canada Post Express, and your product will be discounted during checkout to reflect the reduced cost of shipping within Canada. Thank you for buying Canadian!
Pricing Adjustments
- The price of all repair kits in Canada will be reduced to $199 CAD.
- The price of all repair kits in the US will return to its original price of $239 CAD (~$175 USD).
